Our company, Giachi Oleari, was founded in 1955 thanks to the founder Giovanni Giachi, our father. He began his career as a broker and broker, a role which at the time was equivalent to the activity of today's agents, in the trading of livestock, wine and oil.
In 1955, Giovanni decided to concentrate on the selection and production of high quality extra virgin olive oil, bottling it under his own name and marketing it in Florence, where it immediately received a fair amount success, especially among restaurants.

Giachi Oleari is led by us, Alberto and Francesco Giachi, together with Giovanni, Francesco's son, who proudly bears his grandfather's name. Every day we strive to offer a quality oil with richer flavors, more digestible and which contributes to a healthy lifestyle.
