“Bell Black” Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is a medium-high density vinegar.
Balsamic is characterized by its intense and delicate aroma, pleasantly acetic with sweet and sour notes that create a harmonious and rich sensorial profile. Matured in fine oak barrels, it does not contain gluten, lactose, fat and caramel. The typical notes of the condiment recall ripe fruits such as plum, pear, fig; and a perceptible aftertaste of cinnamon and vanilla. The Gourmet vinaigrette goes perfectly with seafood salads, in particular with prawns and octopus, raw fish, fresh fruit and omelettes.
