How can I change my login details?
Go to the "My Account" section and update your details in just a few clicks. By logging in with your email address, you will receive an access code to enter.

Can I delete my account?

Shipping and Deliveries

How long does shipping take?
In Italy: 1-2 business days
In Europe: 3-5 business days
(Excluding high-demand periods like Christmas).

Which couriers do you use?
Italy: TNT, DHL (Express service).
Europe: FedEx, DHL.

How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with a link to track your shipment.

What happens if the courier can't find me?
Italy: Two delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the package will be held in storage, and we will contact you to arrange for re-delivery.
Europe: If the first attempt fails, the package will be delivered to a nearby DHL Access Point or a FedEx branch.

What is a DHL Access Point?
It is a designated pick-up point, usually a store or office, where you can conveniently collect your package.

Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?
No, but if the order is still being processed, contact us, and we will try to modify the address.

Do you ship outside of Europe?
Yes, but any customs duties and charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Refunds

I received a damaged or incorrect product, what should I do?
