Our company, Giachi Oleari, was founded in 1955 by Giovanni Giachi, our father. He began his career as a broker and intermediary, a role at the time equivalent to that of today's agents, in the trade of livestock, wine, and olive oil. In 1955, Giovanni decided to focus on the selection and production of high-quality extra virgin olive oil, bottling it under his own name and marketing it in Florence, where it quickly gained popularity, especially among restaurants.

Giachi Oleari is led by us, Alberto and Francesco Giachi, alongside Giovanni, Francesco's son, who proudly carries on his grandfather's name. Every day, we strive to offer oil of exceptional quality, with richer flavors, greater digestibility, and a contribution to a healthy lifestyle.
