Our olives, harvested exclusively by hand, ensure a superior quality extra virgin olive oil. Some are selected until December, when they reach their optimal ripeness. Immediately after harvesting, the olives are cold-pressed to best preserve the authentic essence of the fruit. Before bottling, the oil is delicately filtered with cotton wool, maintaining its purity and original characteristics intact, separating it from residual water that could alter its quality over time.
The result? An oil with a smooth and delicate taste, perfect for enhancing every dish with the refinement of an artisanal product, rich in tradition and flavor.
